As the original developers of the GE-adopted "MAPS" systems engineering models and real estate/technology and financial services development software systems, our systems engineering team has worked for a wide variety of industries, non-profits, government and universities on systems design, software and real estate design and development, technology assessment, IT, internet applications and solutions, education and training, site marketing, documentation, user manuals, context sensitive help programs, and many other products, projects and programs. Systems range from complete turnkey new venture investments to hardware independent networks, to machine-integral diagnostics and firmware with state of the art monitoring. The HE team also works on fund raising for both venture groups, and worthy causes.


Our IT, fund raising, and venture investment groups have launched more than 200 successful inter/intranet enterprises and networks, from small start ups, to the largest projects in Corporate America. We have executed the operations phase of over 150 retail branches, including 5 large start-ups, many with successful IPO's, secondaries, bonds or converts. Our SIC's include insurance, financial services, biopharma, medical devices, fund raising, construction, aviation, encryption technology, security, banking, law enforcement, e-commerce, investments, insurance, electronics, military, economics, research, international, solar power, higher education, retail, real estate, and hundreds more.

Our CEO is on numerous technology, investment advisory, and company boards; wrote all the CFA and Series 7 guides and standards for Investopedia.com; and now contributes to CFA guidelines and testing. He is a ranked chess master, IT security expert, venture development investor, and personally consults on and oversees strategies, development, and systems engineering for numerous companies, organizations, law enforcement, military and homeland security departments.

We manage over 10,000 domain names, and our company is based in Nevada, and incorporated in Delaware. Per International TLD regulations, we maintain a mailing address in all 50 States.
