We manage over 10,000 domain names, and our company is based in Nevada, and incorporated in Delaware. Per International TLD regulations, we maintain a mailing address in all 50 States. We have no responsibility for the web content or businesses of those we host, park, register, lease, or sell and buy to and from, and their published content is First Amendment protected,  and none of our business. We do not and will not park, register, host, point or serve companies selling pornographic or hate materials, including any site or service that favors one political party, race, religion or social movement, that in our sole opinion violates moderation, kindness, class or courtesy. 

Our parking service is a portfolio of thousands of TLD URL's. Many of these are for sale, some of them are held for the respective trademark holders or simply parked, others have web pages developed by the Lessees. No parked URL is used in commerce, and any single or competing tradename or keyword is the responsibility of the Registrar or Lessee, and does not relate to parking or keyword promotion or pointing in any way. The Federal District Court of New York has recently held that parking, and keyword pointing or searching, do not constitute a use in commerce. None of our services are subject to VAT in the U.S., and all software, educational producs and services originate from Nevada, which is the only State where sales tax would apply, and only to software products, not hosting, parking, pointing, email or design services or products. Contact us with the form on the home page if you are interested in purchasing one of the domain names we host, point, design, or park.
